Serigrapher Grace Perreiah has lived in Lexington, Kentucky, since 1967. She is a native of Los Angeles, California, and studied under the renowned printmaker Corita Kent at Immaculate Heart College there. Perreiah did graduate work at Indiana University and at the International Arts Studio in Florence, Italy. She is a member of the Lexington Art League and the Kentucky Guild of Artists and Craftsmen. According to her own count, she has produced over 400 serigraph editions, including some 5,000 handmade prints. Her works are in collections ranging from Jewish Hospital in Louisville to Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin, and from France to New Zealand. She was represented in the ground-breaking exhibition Kentucky Women Artists: 1850-2000 in 2001-2002.
