M. Vaughn Millbourn, a Michigan native, was a Chicago-based graphic designer and a member of the 27 Chicago Designers. He had a design firm in the Loop and taught graphic design and printmaking in Chicago. His papers and many of his prints are at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
