Chester Leich (1889 - 1978)Leich was born in
Evansville, Indiana. He studied in Italy, Germany and in New York
City, at Columbia University and the Art Students League. He worked
in Indiana, Connecticut, Washington, D.C., and the Southwest.
He was a member of the Chicago Society of Etchers and the
Chicago No-Jury Society of Artists. He
was also a member of the Brooklyn Society of Etchers.
